"Fontes Estonia" was the first company in the Baltic States that started to offer Executive Search and Human Resource Management consulting services in 1991 in Tartu, Estonia and in 1996 in Latvia. In year 2000, the company has been established in Lithuania, later re-established as Baltic Salary Survey and re-organized to focus on remuneration surveys.

Ieva has joined the team in 2017. She specialises in compensation systems and client consulting, manages projects in Lithuania and is responsible for Mercer remuneration surveys.
Povilas joined the team in 2018. With a background in IT and Project Management, he manages compensation surveys in Lithuania, consults clients and performs data analysis.
Dace has joined the team in 2002. Expert in compensation surveys in Latvia and Lithuania, leading various consultancy projects such as compensation policy and system development.
Jevgenija has joined the team in 2010. Specializes in compensation surveys and systems. Communicates with Latvian clients, manages Pharmaceuticals and ICT surveys in Latvia.
Jurishas joined the team in 2016. He is analysing compensation data for compensation surveys in Latvia and Lithuania. Juris has a qualification in economics in Riga Technical University.
