Our Story
"Fontes Estonia" was the first company in the Baltic States that started to offer Executive Search and Human Resource Management consulting services in 1991 in Tartu, Estonia and in 1996 in Latvia. In year 2000, the company has been established in Lithuania as Baltic Salary Survey and later re-organized as Figure Baltic Advisory.

Povilas joined the team in 2018. With a background in IT and Project Management, he manages compensation surveys in Lithuania, consults clients and performs data analysis.

Consultant
Evelina joined the team in 2021. Works with reward systems communicates with clients in Lithuania, leads research projects in Logistics and other sectors.
